In the years that Peter Carl
Fabergé was the head of the House of
Fabergé, besides the Imperial Eggs,
for which he is, today, renowned worldwide,
his workmasters designed and produced interesting
smaller objects, no two ever alike, and many
not only decorative but useful either in the
home or for personal use. An afternoon
of shopping invariably brought the ladies
of the court, women of wealth, noted actresses
and the great ballerinas of the day to visit
the House of Fabergé, and invariably,
they left the shop the delighted owners of
some of the small items you will see displayed
in this category.
