The Anastasia Egg honoring the Grand Duchess Anastasia, youngest daughter of Tsar Nicholas II and Tsarina Alexandra Fedorovna, is delicately beautiful and seems to shimmer with life. Done in brilliant enamel guilloché in the wave pattern, the Egg nestles in a tripod of gold swags and tassels that repeats the swags and tassels that circle the upper portion of the Egg.

At the apex of the Egg is a cap of gold leaves with a cabochon emerald stone at the center. The base of the Egg repeats the cap and houses a large pyramid-shaped emerald stone. Opened, the lid is lined in gold and has a small cabochon at its apex. The lower portion of the Egg is velvet lined and nestled in the velvet, a hand cut crystal Egg pendant drops from an Austrian crystal jeweled bow suspended from a gold chain.All of the metal is 24 karat gold plated.
