For wearing: the Cross alone is 3.25 inches tall and is elaborately worked in 24 karat gold plate and turquoise blue enamel guilloché. The reverse side of the Cross is done in a handsome pattern of chasing that is quite unusual. It has a bale on the back of it for wearing.
