A Limoges porcelain Egg hand painted in bands of gold leaf with one of the many crowns of the monarchy superimposed on the Egg (in photographs of the Imperial Regalia there are numerous crowns in a variety of styles and sizes). The Egg opens to display a flower basket with both flowers and basket studded with emerald green crystals. Both the basket and the plinth it rests on are plated in 24 karat gold. The plinth carries the name Fabergé, impressed, and the number of the Egg.
