Heavily encrusted in gold this porcelain box replicates a Romanov presentation box of the early 1900's. The Renaissance design, arabesques, scrolls and fanciful leaves cover all but the underside of the box. The interior is burnished gold inscribed by hand:  "Grow old with me, the best is yet to be." The box, with this sentiment, is ours alone. The Romanov Double Headed Eagle is the clasp.
