This frame was presented by Tsarina Alexandra Fedorovna to Tsar Nicholas II on the occasion of their Tenth Anniversary. Blue enamel guilloché mat with an inner frame of Austrian crystals surmounted by the Roman numeral X (10) also in Austrian crystals. The outer frame is silver chased in a wave pattern. Exterior measurement is 4 5/16th inches square and the inner frame is 2 inches in diameter.
