| Siberian Jade was much prized
in Russia for its very rich, deep green
color. The House of Fabergé used it
extensively both in frames and the original
Pansy Egg, and in smaller pieces such as cane
heads and seals. It is a much deeper green
than the Jade that comes to us from China and
it has a different look than Chinese
Jade. These frames were all designed to compliment
each other and displayed together they are
strikingly beautiful. They all come to you
in velvet boxes with appropriate documentation.
